The Sustainability Institute in Charleston is an award-winning non-profit organization established in 1999 to educate community residents about the benefits of sustainability. Their goal is to build the capacity of South Carolina communities, preserve the state’s precious natural resources, and enable every person to have a healthy, comfortable and energy-efficient home.
